1. Introduction

Welcome to Recur.money! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Recur.money website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Recur.money ("us", "we", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

A. Free Tier

We offer a free tier of the Service which includes:

  • Unlimited manual transaction entries.
  • 3 AI receipt scans per month.
  • Basic analytics and dashboard access.
  • 15-day retention for receipt images.

B. Premium Tier (Coming Soon)

We may offer a Premium subscription plan ("Premium") for a fee (e.g., $5/month). Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited AI receipt scans.
  • Extended data retention (store receipts forever).
  • Priority email support.
  • Advanced analytics, custom categories, and CSV exports.

C. Billing

If you choose to subscribe to Premium, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Payments will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our secure payment processor until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"), primarily in the form of expense data and receipt images. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right (license) to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., displaying your receipt back to you). You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material ("spam").
  • To impersonate the Company, a Company employee, or another user.
  • To abuse the AI receipt scanning feature by uploading non-receipt images, offensive content, or excessive automated requests.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the settings page.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recur.money, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Recur.money does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. Recur.money is not a financial advisor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
